Have you heard of the American Chef who became famous for the cereal milk ice cream?
Her name is Christina Tosi (@christinatosi), and she is a pastry chef who mixes her formal education in the field with the informality of her creations, making sweets that remind her of her childhood in Ohio.
One of the Chef’s childhood memories was the cereal she ate in the morning. But the best part is the milk at the end! And it was from that memory that she created the famous cereal milk ice cream.
And that was the first thing I tried on @milkbarstore. And I loved it! I also eat cereal in the morning, and this ice cream is addictive.
With this creation, chef Christina Tosi gained notoriety and was the first woman to be a judge of the Masterchef USA, she has her own episode in the documentary Chef’s Table on Netflix and 16 stores across the USA.
